We’ve felt that loss ourselves, and we know how overwhelming the practical decisions can feel when you’re grieving. Too many families, at the hardest moment, are met with cold, rushed or impersonal service. We started Adelaide Pet Cremation to be the opposite of that — a calm, caring, genuinely local alternative where you’re treated like a person, not a transaction.

How we care for your pet
When you call, you’ll speak to a real, caring person who will listen and guide you gently. We’ll arrange to collect your pet from your home or vet clinic anywhere across metropolitan Adelaide — so you never have to move them yourself. Your pet is then cared for individually, with dignity, and with our individual cremation, your pet is cremated on their own — so the ashes returned to you are only ever your pet’s.
We return your pet’s ashes to you in a dignified urn, together with a complimentary clay paw print and a clipping of their fur — small, tangible keepsakes that so many families tell us bring real comfort in the days and weeks that follow.
