From there, we’ll explain your options in plain language — individual or communal cremation, keepsakes, and timing — and answer any questions you have. If you’d like us to, we’ll arrange a time to collect your pet from your home or vet clinic. Everything is done at your pace, with the cost confirmed openly before anything proceeds. There is never any pressure and never any obligation, even if you’re only calling to understand what’s involved.
