Gently move your pet somewhere cool
If you can, lay your pet on a blanket or towel in a cool, quiet place, in a natural resting position, away from direct heat. We’ll talk you through this.

We collect your pet, care for them individually, and keep you reassured through to the return of their ashes.

My pet just died at home — what do I do right now?
First, know there’s no rush. When you’re ready, call us on 0468 060 402. Gently place your pet on a blanket in a cool, quiet spot in a natural position, away from heat. We’ll guide you through everything and arrange gentle collection.
Can you collect my pet today?
Across metropolitan Adelaide we can often arrange same-day collection. For urgent and after-hours situations, call us and we’ll help you straight away.
Do you offer after-hours and weekend cremation?
We have an after-hours emergency line, and we care for families seven days a week. If you need us outside normal hours, please call — we’re here for you.
How should I care for my pet until you arrive?
Keep them somewhere cool and quiet, resting on a towel or blanket, away from direct heat or sun. There’s nothing else you need to do — we’ll handle the rest with care.
