Honest, transparent pricing — no surprises
We believe you deserve clear answers, not pressure. Here’s exactly what affects the cost of pet cremation, and how to get a gentle quote for your pet.
What affects the cost of pet cremation
We believe you deserve a clear idea of cost up front, so our indicative guide prices are below. Because every pet and family is different, your final price depends on a few simple things:
Your pet’s size
Cremation pricing is guided mainly by your pet’s weight — from small pets through to large and giant-breed dogs.
Individual or communal
Individual (private) cremation with ashes returned differs from communal cremation, where ashes are respectfully scattered.
Urns & keepsakes
A dignified urn is included with individual cremation. Premium urns, pendants and personalisation are optional extras.
Collection
We collect across metropolitan Adelaide. A small pick-up fee may apply for outer or Hills areas, always confirmed first.

Answers, gently given
Pricing questions, answered
Are the prices on this page your final prices?
They’re an honest indicative guide so you know roughly what to expect. Your exact price depends on your pet’s size, whether you’d like ashes returned, any urns or keepsakes, and a possible small pick-up fee for outer areas. We’ll always confirm the full, final cost with you before anything proceeds — with no obligation.
Is individual cremation more than communal?
Yes — individual cremation involves caring for your pet on their own and returning their ashes to you, so it costs more than communal cremation, where pets are cremated together and ashes are not returned. We’ll explain both clearly so you can choose what’s right for your family and budget.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We confirm the full cost with you before anything proceeds. The only variable is a possible small pick-up fee for outer areas, which we’ll always tell you about up front.
Do you offer payment options?
Please ask us when you call — we’ll do our best to make things as manageable as possible at a difficult time.
